SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS communications from D Show Events.
- •Message types: Appointment confirmations, event reminders, service updates, and communications related to your event
- •Frequency: Variable based on your interactions with us (typically 1-5 messages per booked event)
- •Costs: Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan
- •Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS
- •Help: Reply HELP for contact information
We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS opt-out does not affect other communication channels or your contracted services.
AI agents and automated calls
To provide better 24/7 service, D'Show Events uses conversational AI agents (Ivy) over WhatsApp and phone calls. It's important you know the following:
- •Clear identification. Whenever you receive a message or call from Ivy, she identifies herself at the beginning as D'Show Events' AI agent. If at any moment you prefer to speak with a human, just say so and we'll connect you with Yaritza or Luis.
- •Outbound follow-up calls. If you previously contacted us (via web, WhatsApp, or phone), Ivy may call you to follow up on your quote, confirm logistics post contract signing, or remind you of an upcoming event. These calls are made only between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM Atlantic Standard Time (Puerto Rico time), Monday through Sunday.
- •Your right to opt out. You can ask anytime to NOT receive future calls by saying "no me llame más" / "please don't call me again" during a conversation with Ivy, emailing info@dshowevents.com, or sending WhatsApp with the word "STOP" to +1(787)329-6680. We honor your request immediately and remove you from the automated call list.
- •Your data during a call. Calls with Ivy are automatically transcribed so our team can follow up. The transcript is used only to improve the service you receive (prepare quotes, confirm details, escalate complex situations to Yaritza or Luis). We do not share transcripts with third parties.
- •Human decisions, not automated. Ivy can quote prices, send formal quotes, and process reservations, but any sensitive decision (cancellation of a signed contract, disputes, discounts, contract modifications) is always approved by a human. Ivy only collects the information and hands the case to Yaritza or Luis to resolve.
Legal compliance: our automated calls follow federal rules (TCPA, 47 USC 227 and FCC Declaratory Ruling 2024-02-08 on AI-generated voice). We only call you if there's a prior business relationship (EBR) or if you gave us explicit consent through our web form.
