The Audio Guest Book is the modern version of the guest book. Your guests pick up a vintage phone and leave you a voice message, and you receive those recordings digitally after the event.

The moment

The phone is placed in a visible spot, with a sign that explains how to leave the message. Each guest uses it whenever they like during the 8 hours of the rental.

Best for

Weddings, anniversaries, quinceañeras, milestone birthdays, farewells and any celebration where you want to keep the voices of the people who were there.

Which model to choose

There are three phone models, and the model is what changes the price: Clásico starts at $279, Vintage at $329 and Retro at $379. The rental is 8 hours, until 11:00 pm.

How the phone gets to you

In metro area towns, D'Show Events delivers it before the event and picks it up at the end. Outside the metro area there are two options: pick up and return the equipment at the D'Show Events meeting point in Bayamón, or have us deliver it to the event venue, with a logistics cost that depends on the town. We coordinate with the venue the space where it is placed, and we set the arrival time based on the access they give us. We confirm what the equipment needs at the venue when we quote. If the event is outdoors, tell us the venue and the date and we arrange a protected area for the phone with the venue.

The messages

It includes a welcome message exclusive to your event. The recordings arrive digitally by email. They can also be turned into videos for social media for an additional $50.

Outside the metro area

For an event outside the metro area there is a distance surcharge that we confirm once we know the event's town. The published prices are the metro area ones.

What's included

Working vintage phone, 8-hour rental, digital recording system, instruction sign, welcome message and digital delivery of the messages.

Tell us the date, the town and the model you prefer, and we confirm the delivery and the price. The $125 deposit holds the date for the model you choose.
